Whiskers and Petals Skirt

This skirt features true vintage 1998 Daisy Kingdom fabric with a print of kitties in a garden full of flowers. Each ruffle is trimmed in eyelet lace to keep the vintage 90s vibe and there are 2 side seam pockets under the first layer. Fully lined, fully shirred waistband.
